Impact statement: This nationwide study reveals that while 80.15% of Bangladeshi adults are aware of cervical cancer, significant knowledge gaps persist among men, individuals not living with a spouse, and those with lower education levels. By identifying healthcare workers and social media as the most influential information sources, the research provides a strategic evidence base for developing tailored health promotion campaigns to increase the uptake of life-saving HPV vaccinations and screenings across diverse socio-economic groups.
