Impact statement: This case report describes a rare congenital anomaly, supernumerary nostril with associated frontal sinus involvement, in a 6-month-old infant and documents its successful surgical management in Bangladesh. As the first reported surgically managed case of its kind in the country, it adds valuable evidence to the limited global literature on this unusual craniofacial malformation. It also demonstrates the feasibility of successful surgical intervention in a developing country context.
