Impact statement: The study identifies a significant gap in HPV knowledge among young medical professionals and students in Bangladesh, with only 43.29% demonstrating good knowledge despite a high positive attitude (75.88%) toward vaccination. While over 96% are willing to recommend the vaccine, only 11.82% have initiated or completed vaccination themselves. These findings highlight a critical need for targeted educational initiatives and a re-evaluation of medical training to bridge the practice gap, improve national vaccination policy, and ultimately reduce the burden of HPV-related cancers.
