Impact statement: This is the first study to investigate oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) among children of female sex workers in Bangladesh, revealing that 78.2% of adolescents experience oral impacts on their daily performances. By identifying dental caries and residence in brothel communities as primary predictors of poor well-being, the research provides a critical mandate for policymakers to integrate OHRQoL assessments into national health surveys and develop targeted preventive programs for this highly marginalized population.
