| Impact statement: This nationwide cross-sectional study of 3,244 COVID-19 survivors in Bangladesh reveals that nearly 40% (39.4%) suffered from one or more chronic diseases, which significantly lowered their quality of life (QoL) across all physical, psychological, social, and environmental domains. The research found that survivors with cancer and chronic kidney disease experienced the lowest QoL scores, while the psychological domain was the most severely impacted overall. These findings provide a vital evidence base for the urgent need to strengthen mental health services and prioritize multi-morbidity care to help survivors fully restore their well-being. | Collaboration: None | Keywords: Quality of life (QoL), WHOQOL-BREF, chronic comorbidities, COVID-19 recovery |
