Impact statement: This study identifies a significant knowledge gap among parents and teachers in Dhaka, with over 54% of teachers and 68% of parents possessing poor knowledge regarding HPV and its transmission. Despite these gaps, the research found a remarkably high willingness to vaccinate (98.28%), suggesting that the primary barrier to cervical cancer prevention is not hesitancy but a lack of tailored health information and educational interventions within the school system Collaboration: None Keywords: Adolescent, Cross-sectional studies, Education, Human papillomavirus viruses, Humans
