| Impact statement: This study reveals that 44% of male rice farmers in Bangladesh suffer from musculoskeletal disorders, with the waist, knees, and neck being the most affected areas. By identifying long working hours, inadequate sleep, and aging as key risk factors, the research provides a critical mandate for the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) to implement community-led ergonomic education and low-cost tools to protect the health and economic stability of the nation's vital agricultural workforce | Collaboration: None | Keywords: Musculoskeletal disorders, Rice farmer, Occupational health, Bangladesh, Ergonomics |
