NSU Research Contributions
Title : Consultant, Monitoring and Evaluation 2012-2013, Planning Commission, Government of Bangladesh The Perspective plan of Bangladesh (2010-2021) provided the country with a road map to stimulate growth and a strategic approach to eradicate poverty, inequality, and human deprivation. A set of strategies and tasks for implementation were to be articulated during the two five-year plans: Sixth Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) and the Seventh Five-Year Plan (2016-2021). Dr. Goswami provided technical advisory services by conducting Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation of the Government of Bangladesh's 6th Five-Year Plan. Dr. Goswami was in charge of preparing the report on Data Requirement for the Results-based M&E for the 6th FYP.
