Impact statement: This exploratory study is among the first to assess HRQoL across multiple neurodevelopmental disorder (NDD) categories in Bangladesh, revealing that children with Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and Intellectual disabilities have mean quality-of-life scores below 50 on a 100-point scale. By identifying that factors such as older age and stable family income significantly improve physical functioning, while birth order and sex influence social and emotional domains, the research provides a critical foundation for developing targeted support services and caregiver interventions in low-resource settings.
