| Impact statement: This longitudinal study provides a rare 18-month assessment of COVID-19 survivors in Dhaka, revealing that while psychological, social, and environmental quality of life improved over time, physical domain scores significantly declined. By identifying that lack of vaccination, older age, and history of reinfection are primary drivers of lower quality of life, the research provides a critical evidence base for policymakers to design targeted rehabilitation packages and psychological support systems to ensure the full recovery and long-term well-being of the affected populace | Collaboration: None | Keywords: COVID 19, Social psychology, Employment, Quality of life, Hospitals, Finance, Viral vaccines, Vaccination and immunization |
