Impact statement: This analytical cross-sectional study reveals that while 86.37% of Bangladeshi healthcare workers possess a positive attitude toward Nipah virus management, less than half (46.15%) demonstrate good knowledge of the virus. By identifying that doctors and those who received specific training are significantly more likely to have appropriate knowledge. At the same time, those in primary care settings and certain regions, such as Chittagong, lag. The research provides a vital mandate for health policymakers to implement continuous, practical, hands-on training and uniform educational strategies to strengthen the nation's defenses against this deadly zoonotic pathogen.
